Engineering Firm	O	Search by Engineering firm name.
Created By	O	Search by Application creator name.
Reviewer User ID	O	Search by reviewer user ID.
Business Partner ID	O	Search by applicant, co-applicant, or engineering firm BPID.
Supplement Application	O	Search by a supplement application number.
Status	O	Search by supplement status. Multiple statuses can be selected.
Supplement Type	O	Search by supplement type selected from list. Multiple types can be selected.
Application	O	Search by supplement plus incremental number.
Permit	O	Search by permit plus incremental supplement number.
Billing Account Num	O	Search by account number for supplements invoiced to a specific billing account.
Is Department Error?	O	Search for supplements flagged as being a department error.
District	O	Search by PennDOT district code of application.
County	O	Search by County code.
Municipality	O	Search by Municipality name.
State Route	O	Search by State route number.
Legislative Route	O	Search by Legislative route on permit application. Only populated in Pre-EPS permits with an associated Legislative Route.
Segment	O	State route segment number.
Date (selection)	O	Date fields that can be searched. Options are All, Expire (Permit), Issue (Supplement), Response (Supplement), Submit (Supplement).
From (Date)	O	Starting date in range of search.
To (Date)	O	Ending date in range of search.
