Permit or License (BOL) Cancellation Justification Screen

If a permit or license was issued but not executed, then the Permittee (Licensee) can return that permit or license to PennDOT and request a refund of permit or license fees. An authorized PennDOT user is able to cancel a permit or license (BOL) only after the permit or license is in Issued status (including Under Inspection) in EPS.

Annual fees are not invoiced for licenses that are cancelled or revoked. A cancelled or revoked permit or license cannot be assigned to another permittee or licensee.
