When your organization registered for a Business Partner ID (BPID), someone was identified as the Security Administrator for your organization. Security Administrators control who in your organization has access to ePermitting.

If your organization does not yet have a BPID, please refer to Registering for ePermitting for more information.

When the BPID registration process is complete, the designated Security Administrator will receive an e-mail from the Electronic Construction Management System (ECMS). This e-mail specifies that the BPID for your organization has been approved. It also provides you with your new Administrator User ID and your Administrator password. You will need both to log in to ECMS to create and maintain users for ePermitting.
