Buttons and Links

Creating an Application

Only Applicants and Receivers can create and submit an application.

Links are disabled or hidden based on role. The applicant team sees no links to internal options.

The following roles have access to the EDIT button until the application has been submitted:

·        Applicant

·        Co-applicant

·        Engineering Firm

·        Receivers

·        EPS Administrator

The following users have read-only access to view applications:

·        Federal Highway Administration Reviewer

·        Reviewer

·        Responder

·        Authorizer

·        Approver

Data Correctors can update the fields until the status is Response Posted.”

Note that the Applicant cannot edit the screen when an application is returned for revisions.

Application Details

The following roles can edit Application Details until an application is submitted:

·        Applicant

·        Co-applicant

·        Engineering Firm

·        Receivers (On Behalf Of)

The following roles can update Application Detail information until the Review Status is Complete:

·        Receiver

·        Reviewer

EPS Administrators and Data Correctors can update applications until the response is posted.
