Application Status Change Notification
An application for a Highway Occupancy Permit (HOP) goes through several phases before it is approved and the permit issued.
An application life cycle comprises five phases:
· Applying
· Submitted
· Under Review
· Build Response
· Responded
In each phase, specific activities must be completed before an application continues through the process. Users with specific role assignments assume responsibility for each process phase. The following table illustrates phases and associated roles.
