Approve |
Approves a screen to progress its status or continue workflow. |
Attach |
Attach a file. |
Back |
Closes a screen without saving and returns to the previous screen. |
Cancel |
This button should only be used to represent an actual Cancellation business process. For example, a Consultant Agreement can be cancelled, the result of which is the setting of the Agreement status to cancelled. This button should not be used to close a Screen without saving; that function is provided using the Back button. |
Clear |
Removes data and selections from all input fields. |
Collapse |
Collapses all views to their major category. |
Delete |
Deletes the current screen or function. |
Enter (return) |
Saves data entries. |
Exit |
Exits a process that is not a data display or maintenance page (e.g., Exit search). |
Expand |
Expands all categories. |
New |
Places a screen in edit mode to enter new data. |
Next |
Display the next set of data. |
Prev |
Display the previous set of data. |
Refine Search |
Redisplays the Search Criteria page that provides entry fields supporting search filtering capabilities. |
Refresh |
Refreshes the data on a screen from current data stored on databases. |
Reject |
Sets a functions status or responds to workflow to follow non-approval path. |
Remove |
Disassociates relationships. |
Save |
Saves a function and continues the edit session. |
Save & Exit |
Saves and Closes the current screen and redisplays the screen from which the current screen was accessed. |
Save & New |
Saves the current data and re-opens the current screen to allow additional data to be created. |
Save Draft |
Saves current data without validating and continues the edit session. |
Search |
Initiates a Search. |
Submit |
Saves a Screen in a way that initiates workflow, or sets a status indicating the data is ready to be acted on. |
