Printing a Bridge Occupancy License

Bridge occupancy licenses are generated automatically when a Responder selects Response or an anticipated response status of Conditionally Approved. In either case, the License screen displays a PDF version of the issued Bridge Occupancy License. All relevant Adobe® PDF controls are available, enabling display, search, and printing of the license as with any PDF file.

When a license is generated:

· A license number is assigned and the license is generated.

· If a condition statement document type was created, the conditions are included on the license.

· The license file is automatically attached to the application.

· The Email notification is sent to the Applicant with the license attached in .PDF format with instructions for printing.

To print a license:

1. Open the Email from PennDOT containing the license attachment and a link to the response letter.

2. Open the license attachment.

3. Print the license.
