Create Supplement Screen Security
Only Applicants, Agents and Receivers can create and submit a supplement application.
Applicants, co-applicants and engineering firms can update an application until the Application Status is Submitted.
Receivers can update an application until the Receiver Review Status is Complete.
Data Correctors can update fields on the Application Information and Application Details sections until the status is Response Posted.
EPS Administrators can update and submit on behalf of applications in Draft status.
Note: A supplement application cannot be submitted if the original utility permit is more than 30 days expired. An error message displays:
“A supplement request can no longer be submitted since it is more than 30 days beyond the expiration of the permit. An application for a new permit may be submitted.”
