Cycle

The Cycle number field is available on all application screens where the application status is greater than or equal to ‘Permit Issued and the application type is HOP, MUD, or BOL.

Authorized users can select any valid cycle number for the selected application. This+ provides a view of application information as it appeared for the selected cycle.

Status

Current status of application.

Permit

C

Populated when permit is generated. Cannot be modified after entry except by EPS Administrator.

BPID

O

Cannot be modified by applicant when BP ID is used.” Receiver can modify until Receiver review status is complete. Data Correctors can edit all Applicant information fields except Applicant/Owner.

District

R

Engineering district number where work will be performed. Cannot be modified by applicant when BP ID is used.” Receiver can modify until Receiver review status is complete. Data Correctors can edit all Applicant information fields except Applicant/Owner.

County

R

Name of County where work will be performed. Cannot be modified by applicant when BP ID is used.” Receiver can modify until Receiver review status is complete. Data Correctors can edit all Applicant information fields except Applicant/Owner.

A prompt 'Documentation Required' appears next to County name if the county selected wishes to review driveway applications within their jurisdiction. A link to the local government partner contact information is also provided.

Municipality

R

Name of municipality where work will be performed. Cannot be modified by applicant when BP ID is used. Receiver can modify until Receivers review status is complete. Data Correctors can edit all Applicant information fields except Applicant/Owner. Data Correctors can edit all Applicant information fields except Applicant/Owner. Click Edit to access the Municipality Selection screen. Only municipalities included in the selected County are available for selection.

A prompt 'Documentation Required' appears next to Municipality name if the municipality selected wishes to review driveway applications within their jurisdiction. A link to the local government partner contact information is also provided.
