Searching for a PSA

The Project Site Activities (PSA) Search screen is used to enter search criteria to find a PSA application. Click the PSA Search link on the Applications Portal page to access the PSA Search screen.

Only PennDOT users have access to PSA Search. User roles determine which PSAs are displayed in the search results and which of these can be edited.

This Search functions as all other EPS Search functions. Select the Search button to submit search criteria and display Search Results. Select Refine Search to modify Search Criteria and display the Search page with previously entered search criteria.

At least one search criterion (minimum of 2 characters) is required to perform an advanced search. Users can enter multiple search criteria.

Users can enter a date range for Date of Inspection, a To/From range for Segment and a To/From range for Off-Set. Segment searches require entry of a State Route.

Note: Searching a segment by number will display all applications for all state routes that include the segment.

The system displays a list of all PSAs that match ALL user-entered search criteria. The user-entered search criteria displays at the top of the page.

The Clear button in the tool bar removes previously entered search criteria, allowing the user to start a new search.
