Inactive Emergency Permit Certificates

In the unlikely event that PennDOT REVOKES a certificate OR if a certificate expires, the certificate will become inactive.

Companies with inactive certificates will need to call their PennDOT district permit office and request that their certificate be reactivated.

In addition, if PennDOT DENIES a request for a certificate, the company will need to call their PennDOT district permit office to determine why and/or request the certificate be issued.
