Assign

Button

Assign buttons are enabled if the user logged on is active on this application. In this case, the Next Review The Assign button is enabled for each section with a drop down listing the Next Review Types for that section.

The following restrictions apply:

• Level 1 Reviewers cannot be assigned if any reviewers were previously assigned to that section

• Reviewers are assigned to the same section as the active role for the user logged on

• If the user logged on is active for multiple roles; assignments will be based on the role with the earliest Date Assigned. For example; a user that is active as both a Receiver and Reviewer role; the assignments will be based on their Receiver role

• A user active as both a Receiver and Reviewer; cannot make assignments based on their Reviewer role until he or she has finalized the role as Receiver

When a role is selected from the drop-down list associated with the Assign button, the system navigates to the Assign Reviewer window with the following information:

• Section number

• Review Type Code of the users being assigned

• User ID and role of the user making the assignment
