Searching for an Account

Account Search Results Screen

The Account Search screen provides a flexible way to locate customer or billing accounts for viewing or editing.

Searches can be performed using account number or name, or other information such as account status. It also is possible to enter a date range to view accounts. For example, add a start and end date for an insurance policy or agreement type expiration dates to view all accounts that will expire within a certain date range.

All users have access to the Advanced Search. Read-only or update rights for the displayed account are determined by user roles.

At least one search criterion (minimum of 2 characters) is required to perform an application search. When using the Date dropdowns to search, selection of both a From and To date are required.

The Clear button in the toolbar removes previously entered search criteria to allow a new search.
