The Billing Account Events screen displays a log of events that have occurred for a billing account. Events include changes to account status, changes to account details such as billing address, and emails. Additional information includes the Parent Account Number, the account status at the time of the event, and who initiated the event. Events are sorted by a time stamp that shows the date and time each event occurred.
The screen is available to PennDOT Account Managers and Business Partners.
