The Billing Account Information screen displays information about a billing account and provides links to related screens for editing. Basic information about the customer's billing account information is shown in the first section at the top of the screen. For users with update rights to contact information, links are available in each section.
Financial decisions that a business partner may make can require an Account Manager to take actions that affect billing accounts. Billing accounts can be suspended, reinstated, or inactivated.
